Decent replacement for IPads notes app

Installed it as a replacement for iPads native notes app because of annoying sync bug in Apples native notes which makes your notes disappear or get truncated...... So far so good.

Noticed an issue with syncing - seems like there is no detection of conflicts when two edits happen on various devices. As a result only one of the edits survives.

Features would love to see:
1. Date of last edit in the notes list view (similar to the native ios notes app)
2. Versioning - i.e. ability to access time stamped previous edits (backups) when necessary . Would help with sync conflicts too.
