The app updated on 8 March, 2014 and all notes were erased from all devices. No support from the company. Unacceptable. Do not use this app.

Can not save notes to iPad version. Broke. Deleted.

Excellent way to keep important info password protected!!!

This is the worst app ever. The last update deleted ALL MY PASSWORDS. Talk about screwed, theres no way to get them back

After I up day my app now the notes are in gray and I can not see them can you help me please thanks

I really liked this app and have been using it for awhile. Then this weeks update wiped out all of my password notes. No thanks. Ill be switching to a different app.

Worst app ever, updates will wipe out all data. Lost all passwords with this app with no recovery! Wish I had never seen it.

Some solutions for this are so complicated. They are too fancy to be usable. but this one is very simple and usable. I like the iCloud sync feature so that I can share notes with my wife. However we really need a desktop client so we can look at our notes on our Mac computers. Please write one and it will be perfect

I have been using app and then I see that I add a new note then all the other ones got deleted so I dont know any of my passwords

I love the ease of use. The biometrics work flawlessly and the search function makes it easy to access notes. I use this as a password manager. I would give it five stars except for the lack of an online interface.

This is a great app! I love the night feature, it locks thats awesome. It has a million fonts, it works in landscape. It actually does what it says it does! ❤️

In a future upgrade, please add the feature to allow you to copy and paste something into a note. It would be very helpful to be able to take a photo of say your drivers license and then copy that into a note so that if you ever lost your wallet you could have that photo in a note as a backup...thanks

If you write or edit a note and dont click the notes arrow on the top left corner, you will lose what you typed or edited. If you just close it when youre finishe, pooof! Everything you just did is GONE! I lost valuable info before I realized the app is JUNK! Only one star because you cant do zero stars.

This does not work now that I have IOS 9.0.2

I havent been able to access my notes for a while now. I havent upgraded my iOS either. I need my notes, help! 5 stars otherwise.

Im very disappointed with this last update. I lost all my notes. Very annoying

When trying to add notes, the app will suddenly close, losing the data. If I didnt have to give it a minimum on one star, I would give it a zero. When adding a note, it will create the one you think you are creating, but will then overwrite a previous note. Thus, it creates two identical notes, and removes a previous note. I dont know why it is doing this. I have enabled iCloud synchronization on my iPad and my iPhone, but the app is only being used on one device for data entry at a time. Ive wasted 2 hours trying to transfer 5 notes from another app that I does not synchronize data between the different devices. Now Im deleting the notes Ive created, and will then be deleting the app.

Have relied on this for business for a long time but now crashing. Disappointed and frustrated.

Was perfect but suddenly have lost the half of my notes. Very disappointed.
